Electrical and Mechanical Engineers

Atlanta-based MEP consulting engineering firm seeks motivated, experienced mechanical and electrical designers for building systems design. We have been in business since 1995, providing mechanical and electrical engineering services for a variety of commercial, retail, restaurant, medical, dental, and industrial projects. Our office is located on the northwest side of town near I-75 and Windy Hill Road.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year engineering degree (BSEE, BSME, or equivalent), at least 5 years experience in design and production of construction documents, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit. Applicants must be detail oriented, possess strong technical and communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and be committed to client service. These positions will require completion of one’s own production assignments while assisting the efforts of senior engineers on other projects.

We offer a very competitive compensation package. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

· 10 days personal leave plus 5 days sick leave per calendar year beginning January 1 (prorated).

Electrical Engineer

Position requires an active Professional Engineering license and at least 5 years experience in the design of industrial/municipal plants and/or commercial buildings (office space, restaurants, retail, medical and dental etc.). Candidate’s experience must include production of construction documents (single line diagrams, panel board schedules, lighting and power plans, P&ID's, and specifications), coordination with other trades, and communication with architects, owners, and contractors.

Mechanical Engineer

Position requires an Engineer-In-Training certification and at least 5 years experience in the design of commercial projects (office space, restaurant, retail, medical and dental etc.). Candidate’s experience must include production of construction documents (load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping design, equipment schedules, and specifications), coordination with other trades, and communication with architects, owners, and contractors. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
