The company design and manufacturer bespoke machinery for the industrial market place. They have been established for just over 50 years and already hold a commanding place in the industry. They offer excellent opportunities to any of their members of staff, and are now looking for a fitter to take control of their fitting department and help facilitate the growth of the business.

This is a site based role well you will supervise & assist the other fitters in assembly, repairs and testing of all company products. As this is a supervisory role, you will be key to the communications between the engineering department and senior management, and ensure that any issues caused in engineering are quickly resolved to ensure the smooth running of the production department.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a supervisory team leader opportunity, technical training and further progression in a company going from strength to strength.
