Manager responsible for full operation of rural water district distribution system in Pottawatomie County, supplying over 2600 customers with a safe and reliable water.  Oversees and/or manages all activities; including budget, payroll, customer relations, supervision of staff in office and field, safety, state laws, regulations, inspecting and repairing water lines, meter installation, meter auditing, equipment maintenance, reports, strategic planning and communication with the public and Board of Directors.  Previous water supply system operations with a level 3 or 4 water certificate, management and supervisory experience required.  Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and organizational skills required.  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks and other software required.
