Job Summary:

The primary function of this position is to support the Sprinkfab Department by performing the following job functions.

This job requires a high energy level with a focus towards sales, preparing and following up on job quotes, expediting orders through the fabrication shop process and ensuring materials are delivered to job sites on time while working in a fast paced environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide job quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on job quotes in a timely manner.
  • Process and stock list all job orders.
  • Expedite job orders through the fabrication process.
  • Process all change orders as required.
  • Maintain and update all company job records and files as required.
  • Coordinate the on time delivery of materials on job sites with the shipping department.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department in the collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Material order picking for customer “will call” and UPS shipments.
  • Loading / unloading trucks.
  • Required to purchase all back order and non-stock material for job orders.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience selling some type of service.
  • Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade & close sales.
  • Ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales process.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • A proven successful record of accomplishment in sales.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
