We are looking for a

Molecular Biologist

The ideal candidate will

• have an advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a closely-related field with minimum 3 years of relevant R&D experience in the field of molecular biology.
• have a strong background in molecular biology techniques, including DNA purification, DNA quantification, design of primers and probes, BLAST, PCR/qPCR, multiplex assay development.
• have a basic understanding and/or some experience in synthetic biology technology and method development.
• have some experience with liquid handling systems and automation tools. ¬ possess outstanding analytical skills to: critically analyze, summarize and report data generated from experiments; draw conclusions from experimental results; recommend and execute required follow-up actions; and propose new studies or investigations based on findings and efforts in relation to project needs.
• have experience in designing and conducting product development experiments, assay optimization and scale-up tasks; and planning, execution and documentation of experiments that support feasibility investigations for new projects.
• demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills to prepare documents including data summaries, technical and analytical reports, and transfer the procedures to manufacturing.
• be highly self-motivated and passionate about our work, have a strong desire to grow with a fast-paced, highly-collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
