Job Description

35+ year-old Southern California electrical construction contractor seeking a Journeyman/Foreman Electrician. The Electrical Foreman is a state licensed electrician who provides the skilled labor to produce the electrical installation or repair.

Qualifications:

1) High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

2) 7-10 years of related on the job experience and training

3) Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

4) Ability to write simple correspondence.

5) Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors, customers and other employees of the organization

6) Directly supervise 1-10 employees in various aspects of electrical installation and repairs

7) Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws

8) Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work
