We currently have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a Clinical Dietitian to join our team.

Working under the supervision of the Lead Clinical Dietitian, the incumbent will provide nutritional care including, but not limited to, counseling of patients and their families, documenting and maintaining nutrition-related records, assessing nutrition status of patients, developing the patient plan of care and acting as nutritional consultant to the health care team. In addition, the Clinical Dietitian will serve as the patient advocate and as a liaison between the health care team, food service operations and the patient, as well as participate in the development of policies/procedures and standards of care for clinical services. 

Requires a Registered Dietitian in good standing and credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration - the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic Association (or registry eligible); Food Safety Certification; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics (Master’s preferred); basic medical nomenclature/medical terminology associated with patient care; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prefer Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), 3 years of clinical dietetic experience in an acute care hospital and computer proficiency.
