SAP seeks a regional Data Operations Analyst who will be responsible for the quality and integrity of corporate information supporting sales processes. We are looking for both graduates as well as young professionals. The individual will be responsible to review, analyze, evaluate business systems and user needs as it relates specifically to data related to company and person. Typically works with data contained in the following systems: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).   

The ideal candidate will have a balanced view across business as well as IT including first experiences in project and business process management, data models and data management. The applicant must possess excellent written and verbal skills and has the ability to communicate effectively. They also need to be detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills and research skills and understand the importance enterprise data. 

Work Task/Descriptions:

• Directs and coordinates the input of data and related data quality efforts for use in our enterprise system
• Works with a global team and stakeholders to drive solutions within enterprise systems
• Works with internal customers to address data needs
• Ability To Troubleshoot and Identify Data Issues
• Creates processes to verify data quality from end users, approves changes, performs internal and external compliance checks
• Assists in developing processes and procedures with other business functions to ensure an understanding of data input
• Responsible for developing and maintaining metrics related to integrity and response to data requests
• Analyze, document and present recommendations for enhancing current business processes
• Leverages data quality tools to maintain required updates
• Provide issue and problem resolution tracking
• Prepare status reports for open projects and issues and review with management on a routine basis

Competencies/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or similar
• Relevant internships, ideally in related fields
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines
• Proficiency in English
