As a GM at Seasons, you will be responsible for overall store operations and leading their teams day to day. Requirements
- Hands-on management approach

- Able to lead by example, and delegate tasks
- Education: Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s), preferably in Hospitality. MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Three or more years of prior management experience in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment, either as a multi-unit leader or large single unit GM.
- Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies is important
- Prior experience managing budgets, labor controls and inventory is preferred.
- Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work Schedule: Weekend and evening availability is a must.
- Competitive Salary: depending on experience and education level plus bonus structure (depending on store performance).
