Sneiber Group is currently seeking a Lead IT Architect to work in our Davie office. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Lead IT Architect for the Americas region (US, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Central America). We are in need of a leader. We want the best at the front leading our Oracle Infrastructure development group. Our next Lead IT Architect will serve as both a technology visionary, coding master, and project manager. The Lead IT Architect will work with client’s business area teams to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, communicate IT capabilities to the business and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and costs. The Lead IT Architect will regularly report back to management on the status of projects, discuss project deficiencies and manage expectations for all groups involved. The Lead IT Architect will determine how technology can be used to implement business strategy, should be comfortable evaluating paid and open source technologies while weighing the trade-offs for future development. He or she will have a passion for the newest trends and technology to incorporate to future development needs. The Lead IT Architect will oversee all technology services, product analysis, and software architecture activities. He or she will take charge of owning rapid development process, and manage the development of all company products. The Lead IT Architect will have direct responsibility of planning, managing, and establishing requirements to small on and off-site teams.

The applicant must have at least 5+ years of experience with software development techniques (Oracle Service Oriented Architecture Infrastructure), extensive experience in technical project management to lead our development group for the Americas Region. Experience in managing a complex IT environment, and lead department’s operations & strategic planning. Expert on Oracle Service Architecture server/web/mobile development, Expert using Oracle Service Bus, SOA Suite, Enterprise Manager, and all other Oracle applications, Weblogic, Java, XQuery, Tomcat, Websphere, CSS, JavaScript including Node.js. The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Eng., Programming, or Technology.
