Work closely with the owner of the company to manage clients from point A to Z and delegate tasks to web developers. This consists of a few steps:

• Learn the needs of a new client
• Speak with the owner to choose the best route of action
• Translate client needs into achievable development tasks
• Stay in contact with developers to understand their progress
• Keep clients up to date with the state of their project

We're looking for two things:

• Someone that has experience leading. Have you ever been captain of a team or the leader of a club? Have you ever led a group of people from point A to B? We want to hear about you.

• Someone who understands the world of software. You don't need to know how to program, but you should know ( or learn about ) Agile development, the typical technologies used in creating Wordpress websites and iOS/Android apps. You've used or heard of SCRUM and you're willing to learn your way around software like Jira.
