• Take ownership of a website and bring it from an idea to a fully functional site.
• Work closely with clients. It's hard to do great work with a middleman.
• Learn to manage your own time and responsibilities. Your project is yours.
• Specifically, have an eye for design and the ability to take design guidelines and apply them site-wide.
• Develop sites with Wordpress (you'll also be writing CSS frequently)

• Extensive experience with Wordpress.
• Experience writing CSS.
• Understanding of general web development workflow and terms.
• Track record of quality sites.
