Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Clover, Poynt and Aldelo POS(es) and POS terminals
Quality assurance skills and multitasking ability A MUST.

Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin A MUST!
Strong sense of customer service and relationship building with heavy customer contact via email, phone, etc
Proven strong organizational skills
12 months prior merchant services/technical support experiences A must
Experience in call center environment
Supervisors and management experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inbound and outbound calls to support merchants that are using credit card processing terminals, mobile applications, gateways and software’s.
Technical support is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
Provide support on inquiries pertaining to billing, services and rates.
Learn multiple ticket control systems in order to best help our Merchants.
Enter data and submit change requests, route change requests.
Review Merchant reports and in-house reports. Make follow-up and welcome calls.
Ability to work different shifts.
