Assistant/Associate Professor

The Department of Family Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, seeks board-certified Family Medicine physicians to work clinically in our practice and participate in medical student education.

You will engage primarily in clinical and educational activities with additional administrative and scholarship time. Appropriate administrative duties will include participation in the decision making process of the Department. Other administrative and scholarship duties include, but are not limited to: teaching and liaison activities with other departments when appropriate, advising and mentoring residents and medical students, preparation and delivery of appropriate lectures and seminars and University committee work. Overall supervision is provided by the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine. Experience with hospital care and maternity care is preferred.
