Job duties include preparing and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, appearing at hearings and trials, electronic court filing, and legal research. The ideal candidate is bright, driven, aggressive, focused and meticulous. Successful candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills. Candidates will be expected to work long hours as needed. Out of town travel is required. Must be an active member of the WV State Bar.
