Two board certified or eligible internists or family physicians are needed in an Urgent Care practice situated about 10-15 minutes outside of Baltimore, Maryland. The incoming doctors will see patients seven years old and up. There is a three tiered training program in place to ensure the doctors are comfortable in their new positions. Although there are radiologists on staff, the physicians must be proficient in reading X-Rays. With the base salary and production, the average doctor will make $210,000 annually. Benefits include malpractice with tail coverage, 401K, physician deferred retirement plan and more. Call is shared equally among all full time providers and is by telephone consult only.
