A southern Oregon all Outpatient practice needs either a Family or Internal Medicine provider. Hospitalists cover all inpatient duties. Compensation starts with a base salary in the $190 - $220,000 range based on training (Family or Internal Medicine) and experience. Performance incentives, which can reach 16% of base salary, are also available. A sign on bonus of $25,000 will be offered along with $12,500 relocation allowance. The benefits package is very generous and the long term earnings are extraordinary. This is a picturesque community located about a half hour from Medford. The area abounds with recreational opportunities including whitewater rafting, hiking, skiing and biking. A great Pacific Northwest opening.
