Leasing Agent/Sales Director:

Leasing Agent/Sales Director for an Assisted Living/Memory Care community in the heart of Monterrey, Ca.

Overview:

* Census - to grow resident census to meet budgetary guidelines.

* Leads - follow up on leads with the goal of prospect coming into the community to tour apartments.

* Tours - conduct community tours and utilize closing skills to earn a commitment to move in.

* Events- Plan and implement monthly marketing events to include educational seminars, referral events, as well as outside events representing our company.

* Outreach - build relationships with network of contacts to create appropriate leads/traffic.

* Organization & Creativity - create tour/move in gifts; organize/order promotional items to ensure supply is maintained.

* Budget - maintain marketing budget for expenses

Creative, people person with strong organization skills, computer skills and enthusiasm.

Experience as an Apartment/Multi-family Leasing Agent or Senior Living Marketing/Sales Director preferred.

Computer Software: Yardi, Excel, Word & Outlook
