Employee Benefits - Director of Consulting

Our client, a Top Regional and National Employee Benefit and Risk Management Consulting firm, with a HQ in the Boston is seeking a Director of Consulting for their Employee Benefits Division. They provides strategic consulting, actuarial and underwriting services to employers, associations and insurance/financial services companies. The product line includes: Employee Benefits, Actuarial, Health Care, Life Insurance, Disability, Absence management, P&C, retirement and Pension Services. In addition, they provide consulting services for captive insurance facilities in EB and P&C.

Responsibilities:
* New business development
* Develop and manage client engagements
* Compliance and regulatory knowledge
* Product development
* Mentorship to consultants and analysts
* Industry leadership

Qualifications:
* 10+ years of Employee Benefit Consulting experience (will consider carrier, agency or consultant)
* Business development and senior level consulting background needed
* Product line experience to match above outline
* Team leadership needed (budget and P&L experience a plus)
* C-suite level communication skills (written and verbal)
* Microsoft Office Products (Excel modeling), CRM pipeline managment, etc.
* Ability to work in fast paced, consultant environment.
