Growing law firm looking to add a full-time associate with 2-4 years of personal injury experience. The attorney should be licensed in Georgia and have applicable experience in personal injury such as car wrecks, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and so forth.
Responsibilities include:
drafting demands, negotiating settlements, meeting w/ clients, drafting complaints, interrogatories, RPDs, and admissions, taking and defending depositions, among other things. Attorney should also have some experience or familiarity with trial and should expect to be able to try cases.
Compensation is competitive, paid holidays and sick leave and paid vacation time. Spanish speaking a plus, as this firm has a several Spanish speaking clients. Please include both a cover letter and a resume.
