TOP Early Learning Center is currently seeking a qualified Program Director for our North school. We are seeking an individual that wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all School operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that the school is operating in accordance w/ company and state licensing standards
• Ensuring an educational, caring & safe environment is provided to the children & families we serve
• Recruit, select & retain quality staff

Experience and Education:

• Program director license w/ Kansas Department of Health & Environment for center capacity of over 100 preschool, school age, infant/toddler and children w/ exceptionalities preferred
• Prior supervisory experience working with teachers
• Prior experience with curriculum and assessment development
• Prior experience working w/ pre-school age children & literacy
• Prior exp. working w/ budgets
