The designer will be responsible for creating a high quality, inspiring and consistent digital experience for the Tory Burch Foundation.

Responsibilities:

• Develops social media content and visuals for Foundation.

• Leverages animation and after effects to bring to life stories and tools for entrepreneurs.

• Responsible for designing monthly email newsletter.

• Designs print and digital assets.

• Daily content administration and development through content management system (CMS) including content optimization.

• Creates illustrations and leverages after effects for social and email

• Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to execute innovative creative solutions

• Photo editing research, procurement and treatment for site and social; conducts photo shoots

• Manage photography and creative assets database

• Assists the Digital team daily

• Strong creative background with 3 - 5 years of direct experience in editorial or digital media.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the department and to various changes in priorities; ability to work well in fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Must have extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (CS) including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Flash, Exact Target

• Must have proficiency with WordPress and follow Responsive Web Design principles

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to build solid working relationships with business partners

• Highly-motivated and resourceful

• Photography and videography shooting and editing a plus

• Experience with mobile and tablet application development

• Have an aesthetic sensibility that blends beautiful and useful

• BFA or BS degree in relevant field of study or equivalent experience
