The mission of the Human Resources Office (HRO),Training Services Office (TSO) is to assist the courts and Administrative Office (AO) program offices (including HRO) in continuing to effectively and efficiently prepare the judiciary workforce with core competencies needed to execute their
various missions. This is accomplished through the integrated application of advisory or consultation capabilities along with new options for learning design, delivery, and evaluation in the ever-changing business environment of the U.S. Courts.
The incumbent will provide assistance to support the creation, delivery, and support of interactive online and in-person training courses and other training materials to be used in the Judiciary for court employees as it directly relates to the administration, and supporting the learning management system (LMS), a learning content management system (LCMS), an online catalog of courses and resources of industry-related materials, and an in-house university, known as AO Academy.
