Project Geotechnical Engineer: For Wang Engineering, Inc. - Lombard, IL, carry out analyses for ground improvement apps; perform settlement, slope stability, bearing resistance, earth pressure, seismic, shaft overturning, torsion; complete boring logs, location plans & soil profiles; evaluate subgrade conditions for roadways per IDOT guidelines & procedures; perform soil lab testing; prepare & execute field exploration programs; classify soils based on IDH, AASHTO & USCS procedures; perform boring layout & surveying; evaluate rig access & utility clearance.

Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent degree in Geotechnical Engg, Civil Engg or related field; 1 year experience as Project Geotechnical Engineer or 1 year geotechnical engg experience. Required experience include 1 year experience in geotechnical analysis, advanced geotechnical lab testing.
