Client Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking a Client Representative at the entry level to join our advancing team! Who are we? We are a sales consulting firm in Chicago, IL, and what we do is successfully assist our clients in expanding their consumer base while penetrating new markets. Why do we desire to expand our team? As our company continues to succeed and grow, we are in search of talented candidates who will become assets to our team. As a Client Representative, you will represent our clients' services to prospective customers in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our clients with integrity
• Respectfully engage customers on behalf of our clients
• Update and maintain customer accounts
• Provide knowledge of our clients' products and services to customers
• Train and develop new team members
• Evaluate and interview new candidates

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience encouraged but not required
• Ability to work full time with flexible scheduling (internships welcome)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Energetic spirit
• Ability to have fun!

Compensation:

• Annual average earnings range from $38,000 - $48,000, depending on experience and individual work ethic
• Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions
• Performance-based bonuses
