Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Manchester, NH - $17.00

A leader in state-of-the-art component preparation for Semiconductor and Electronics industries.
Hours for this position are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime available.

We are seeking a Sales Assistant that will be responsible for the following:
• Primary support to the Account Representatives
• Customer Relationship Building – Daily interaction with Customer Base
• Coordinate Customer Requirements with Sales and Internal Suppliers
• Assist in quote preparation

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Multi-Tasking
• Recognition of Technical Terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work successfully with multiple departments
• Can work in a high pace environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer operating experience, with minimum:
o Microsoft Office Access
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Word

Candidate will work from written and verbal instructions and must be fluent in English.
