Salary: $80,000/yr-$95,000/yr
Experience: 5+ years of experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

The Medical Practice Manager will be responsible for the following:

Supervise various staff members, Support multiple Doctors
Ability to coach, mentor, and provide corrective action plans to all staff members
Clinic operations knowledge, along with other administrative functions are essential
Performance management of staff: interviewing, hiring, annual reviews, discipline, and termination

Job Requirements:

5+ years of Medical Clinic, Hospital or Office experience
High School Diploma is required
Oncology, Hematology, or Surgery experience is highly desired
