We are seeking Nephrologist for nephrology telemedicine services provide consultation and therapy for patients with renal disease and other kidney-related conditions. nephrology telemedicine services offer both new and existing patients an opportunity to receive care in a clinic setting most convenient to them when an in-person visit may otherwise be disruptive. Services We are seeking a board-certified nephrologists that is available to provide telemedical consultations to patients who have established care with their primary care physician (PCP). The patient's medical record and referral information is processed—as well as verification of insurance coverage for nephrology telemedicine services—when an appointment is scheduled. Currently, the most common diagnoses we address through nephrology telemedicine are dialysis and chronic kidney disease. With telemedicine, you are able to provide high quality renal care that is efficient and of high-value for all of your patients. In addition to managing chronic care patients in hopes of slowing the progression of kidney disease and thereby avoiding dialysis and/or transplantation, providers at our group regularly round on and create care plans for patients receiving kidney replacement therapy at dialysis centers. Nephrology telemedicine services allow our patients to see a specialist, and coordinate related care, closer to home, whether at a local hospital or health center, to receive convenient and comprehensive services.
