Catapult Physician Staffing has partnered with a management group that has an immediate need for 2-3 BE/BC ABEM physicians to work in Richmond, VA in a 5 hospital system. Will be working in an emergency department with 40K annual volume. 38 hour physician coverage and 20 hour mid-level coverage. Facility does provide scribes. Client is willing to look at BE/BC FM/IM with ED experience but not for main location. Prefers ABEM.
Annual Volume: 40,000 level II trauma center (smaller facilities 14-34K volume including 2 stand alone ER's)
25 bed ED, 2 PED beds
EMR: Meditech
Admission Rate: 12-20% depending on hospital but main facility is 20%
1.8 patients per hour
Additional Information:
-Malpractice covered at no cost to you
-Ongoing PRN, PT, and FT needs
-October 2017 through 2018
-All travel expenses paid
-No middle men - No Managed Service Providers, as this is a direct client
