Chief Medical Officer

A Family Physician medical degree and successful completion of a residency program with a minimum of three years experience providing direct patient care is preferred.  Must have management experience.   Will supervise all medical providers.   Must be able to obtain South Carolina licensure and certifications. This is a full time position. Excellent pay and benefits.

Optometrist  

A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited Optometry school is required.  Upon successful completion, must meet National and State of South Carolina licensing requirements.  Must be able to provide billable services.  Full benefits package.  Moving allowance available. $25,000 Sign-on Bonus.
