We are seeking experienced health care professionals to join our team to participate in the daily operations of a new hospital-based Newborn Hearing Screening Program in Ashland, OR. Only candidates local to Ashland, OR area need apply.

As a Hearing Screener, you will perform hearing screening tests and follow-up to the parents of newborns, keep complete and accurate records of tests performed and adhere to proper reporting and referral procedures. Training is provided.

This part-time/per diem position requires excellent organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail. You must be able to interact well with patients, physicians and hospital staff & be committed to service excellence. The ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment is very helpful.

Experience working on an inpatient hospital unit is preferred, but not required. High School/GED required. Newborn experience a big plus.
