Our client, a global Construction Consulting company, is looking to hire a Global HRIS Manager to oversee the ongoing support and development of their Oracle HCM Cloud platform, including leading a team of HRIS Analysts. As the Global HRIS Manager, this person will be responsible for the end-to-end support of the global Oracle HCM Cloud platform, including managing both enhancement projects and implementations. Leveraging extensive Oracle HCM Cloud experience, and strong team management skills, this role is responsible for ensuring quality in internal customer support, and that project milestones and timeframes are met.
The company has offices in LA and Orange County, with some flexibility around remote work. Due to the global scope of the role, our client is seeking someone with the ability to work flexible hours, independently and collaboratively.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all ongoing support of global Oracle HCM Cloud as well as their ATS platform.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timeframes and ensure quality in internal customer support.
- Lead a team of remote HRIS Analysts including securing proper resourcing, workload distribution, and team training/development
- Manage projects related to enhancements of the HCM platform, including building and communicating project plans, and use plans to track progress against tasks and milestones, adhering to commitments and timelines, and identifying project risks and mitigating actions.
- Monitor vendor’s product roadmap and quarterly releases and ensure configurations and designs are optimized and up to date, and that we are leveraging the HCM platform’s full capabilities.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices, while providing advice and guidance to the team and other stakeholders in relation to HRIS technologies
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in a global HRIS function/team, with at least 2 years’ management experience.
- 2 years’ experience in an Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud’s functionality, across areas such as Core HCM, Compensation & Benefits, Security and Workflow configuration, Talent Management, Learning and Recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with capability to collaborate across time zones with a globally distributed team.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong solutions mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as working flexible hours at times due to global nature of the role.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
