Job Description

Orinox is seeking a confirmed AVEVA Engineering Administrator to become a part of our team!

You will consult on solutions for our diverse clientele with a deep understanding of the use of 3D systems for design projects for EPCs and Owner Operator companies.

Responsibilities:

Consult our clients regarding the Aveva technology and what business benefits it achieves
Project setup – including Data Access Controls (DAC), Database structures, integrating LFM
Cats & Specs – Creation of catalog components and Specifications for all disciplines
Deliverables & Reporting – Setup and creation of Draft and Isodraft drawings
Perform project data integrity checks
Administration of AVEVA Engineering to support the design efforts including 1D/2D/3D equipment, piping, cable, HVAC, structure, civil components
Support project development and execution at client offices (St John's, Canada)
Review and modify engineering requirements documents and deliverables to reduce production deficiencies
Provide timely updates for project scheduling and workload management
Coordinate with other colleagues regarding complex integrations and support as needed

Qualifications:

1 to 9 years experience using the Admin module of AVEVA software suite
Previous experience in mechanical design and drafting, fabrication or construction is useful
Deadline and detail-oriented
