Northern Light Health is seeking BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologists within Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor Maine.

Northern Light Health Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a board-certified or board eligible hematologist/oncologist to work at its Lafayette Family Cancer Institute.

  • Join established team at state-of-the-art Hematology/Oncology center

  • 36-Bay Infusion Suite

  • On-site Full-Service Pharmacy, laboratory, X-Ray and Pet CT

  • Superb support with a team of 13 medical oncologists with 1 full-time clinic oncologist, 4 radiation oncologists, 3 pediatric oncologists and 5 NPs

  • On-site Palliative Care Services

  • Maine’s only photopheresis center for graph vs. host dissection for adults and pediactrics

  • Benign anemia management center with dedicated providers

Northern Light Health Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411 bed, regional tertiary care and ACS verified level II trauma center serving a patient population of 500,000 living in the northern 2/3 of the state's geography. A new inpatient addition includes a state-of-the-art cardiac critical care unit and OR facilities.

The Lafayette Family Cancer Institute building, dedicated in 2009, is located approximately 3 miles from the main Northern Light Health Eastern Maine Medical Center campus.
