Position Responsibilities:
•  General Oversight of all Departmental Clinical, Business and Operational Activities
   Review of Individual Performance and Create or Participate in Performance Improvement Activities
   Participate in the Development of the Operating and Capital Budgets of the District Related to the Department (Personnel, Space, and Other Resources)
•  Academic
   Growth & Further Development of the Family Medicine Education, both in the FMRP and in Local Medical Schools
•  2018 Medical School Affiliated with Texas Christian University (TCU)
