We are currently seeking a Senior Epic Analyst for our Hospital Revenue Cycle team within the Health Information Technology Department. This position would be a technical and project lead within the team involved in all phases of projects including planning and analysis, implementation, productive use, and optimization. Our ideal candidate will develop technical training, testing, project management, and operational documentation as required. They will also serve as a liaison between the business experts/users, software vendors, and the project team to ensure the users requirements are understood and interpreted correctly. Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. 2. 2+ years of Epic experience in Hospital Billing and 6+ years practical experience in Healthcare Information Technology is required. 3. Experience with Hospital Billing and Revenue Cycle Applications is required. 4. Epic Certification related to Hospital Billing with Single Billing Office is strongly preferred. 5. Experience with 3M 360 R2 is a plus. 6. Knowledge of HL7 interface, operating systems, and databases is required. 7. Experience writing Unix shell of Perl scripts. 8. Project Management experience is preferred. 9. Experience with MS project MS Visio is a plus. 10. Ability to plan, direct and coordinate all activities of application support group with minimal supervision.
