Description:

Join the dedicated team of professionals in our Young Adult Services (YAS) Program. We are seeking an energetic individual with a strong clinical background to supervise clinical, case management, and nursing staff working with young adults, ages 18-25, who are in need of community-based support services. Knowledge and experience providing mental health, substance abuse, and trauma informed care services for young adults, an understanding of the developmental issues of this population, and supervisory experience are key components for this position.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  You may be required to work a flexible schedule which may occasionally include weekends, morning or evening hours based on program need.

Minimum Requirements:

MSW Degree / CT LCSW license required.

–  Three to five years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

–  Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
