We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to be located in Coppell and report to the Claims Manager. The primary responsibilities will include validate and research vendor invoices, customer relations, billing, capturing orders, and audit requests.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
I prioritize my tasks by assessing their urgency and importance, and creating a to-do list. I also communicate with my team to ensure alignment and adjust priorities as needed.
As Sales Administrators, we answer incoming phone and email inquiries and pitch each prospect on how our product/service can help them resolve any issues and educate them on the main difference with other products/services present on the marketplace. We also provide prospects with discounts and coupons to encourage compulsive buying and correctly input their order into the company’s database after ensuring that their payment went through. We issue them with sales transaction invoices in accordance with the company’s established protocols.
