Job Description

ARS-RighTime Home Services, a national leader in residential HVAC and plumbing services is seeking Customer Service Representatives. The qualified candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while being self- motivated to provide exceptional customer service. Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and receptive to constant coaching and feedback. The candidate will have experience gathering customer information and inputting the information in the computer.

Schedule is 8am-5pm
Wage Range is $16.00-17.50/Hour
Schedule Sunday-Thursday (Off Fri / Off Sat)

This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Service-industry experience.

Tasks

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.

Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.

Order tests that could determine the causes of product malfunctions.

Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase utility bills.

Review claims adjustments with dealers, examining parts claimed to be defective, and approving or disapproving dealers' claims.

Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.

Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for returned goods.

Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.

Aris is a theatre and art organization focused on bringing the theatrical and literary traditions, mythology, and storytelling from and about Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England to Atlanta. It all began when 9 talented members of the Atlanta theatric community were able to come up with an idea to demonstrate and bring to life Ireland literacy and theatrical traditions. It was officially launched in June in the year 2013. Enthusiastic members who have had experience in performing in art and drama were able to make Aris a success. 'Aris' which is an Irish word for “ again” gives an avenue for a staged reading of contemporary and classical plays that demonstrate mythology and stories about Ireland. Theatre is a long and time-consuming process, so it requires the input of a lot of people to have a commendable and satisfying outcome, so interested persons are given the opportunity to contribute to its sponsorship. For individuals interested in participating in their annual events such as Burns night and Bloomsday or any other events that involve music and poetry, Aris hold auditions where contestants engage in stage reading and the likes.
