Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In office/phone sales, no experience is necessary we will train you
  • Paid training for your State Insurance license
  • Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
  • Accept payments and process transactions
  • Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on as-needed basis
  • Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
  • Bank run deposits (during the day or after shift)
  • Position is full time or part time
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, be assertive, and have the ability to provide a first-rate experience to our customers
  • Computer literate desired, from basic to intermediate skills
  • Must pass state licensing requirement
  • High school diploma and or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Over the age of 18+
  • Eligible to work in the US.

Required qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher

Preferred qualifications:

  • Speaks Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry
