CPA/EA - Tax Advisor

Our fast growing family office is looking for an individual with the desire to go and reach further by working within a multi-discipline financial office. Your day would consist of working with our high net worth clients, along with our internal legal, investment, insurance and financial planning team. You would be leading a team of CPAs, EAs and Accountants. We design multi-level tax and asset protection strategies for our clients that reach much further than just "tax prep". • Working within our financial planning team designing and implementing tax plans for both individuals and businesses
  
• Working within our estate planning team designing and working with Charitable Trusts, Family Foundations, and pension plans
  
• Working closely with our financial planners to prepare and review tax returns
  
• Perform additional tax training in non-tax season to our financial planning team
  

• CPA in good standing
  
• 2-3 years of 1040, 1120, 1120s preparation experience
  
• Technologically inclined, ability to use all online tools as opposed to paper
  
• Ability to work within a team.
  
• Experience in data input and preparation of personal and small business tax returns
  
• Reliable home internet
  
• Ability to perform client video conference calls within a computer safe and quiet area
  
• Desire to grow and take on more responsibility\
  

Base pay between $75k - 100k to start

• Health Insurance reimbursements up $4,200 a year or Health Plan as required by State
