Solution Lead - S/4 HANA Functional

Experience : 8-12 years

Education : BS / MS in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations

Industry : Supply Chain Consulting / IT Services

Primary Skills : SAP Functional, S/4 Hana configuration and data creation, Integration, configuration of Order to Cash and other business flows

Secondary Skills: Knowledge on IDOC/ BAPI/RFC, Integration, S/4 Hana on GCP

Certifications (Optional): SAP S/4 Hana Certification

Required Experience

● Must of vast experience of implementing SAP ERP / S/4 Hana solution for large enterprise customers, preferably Fortune 1000

● Must have implemented End to End, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to Pay-Business process end to end on S/4 Hana instance for at least 2 customers

● Should be able to configure vanilla S4 system for SD, MM, FI modules

● Should be able to create customer, Items, Orders, Invoices etc. in S4 Hana system

● Should be able to execute end to end Order to Cash business process

● Should be able to help integration developer with fields mapping with S/4 Hana tables and structures

● Should have knowledge of release management version and revision control practices and procedures for S/4 Hana

● Must have executed projects using Agile Scrum methodology and aware of all processes involved in Scrum

● Should be very well verse with current technology trends in IT Solutions e.g. Cloud Platform Development, DevOps, Low Code solutions, Intelligent Automation

Non-Technical/ Behavioral competencies required

● Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model,

● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills

● Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills

● Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills

● Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player

● Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure

Job Responsibilities

● Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD and TDD) and End User Training. Review and Analyze Business processes.

● Create Use cases, user stories and other requirements documents. Support testing on SAP platform. Provide SME expertise in the business processes for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay

● Support data profiling, extraction and cleansing activities

● Provide techno functional specifications and work with ABAP Developer teams.

● Consults with Product/Program Manager to identify minimal viable product and decomposes feature set into small scoped user stories

● Understand the limitations of S/4 HANA integration interfaces and business model and provide functional/process advice wherever necessary.

● Set Functional product direction for the application development and cascade the designs to offshore development team

● Participate in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings

● Comply with development processes, documentation templates and tools prescribed by CloudSufi or and its clients

● Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable assets/solution accelerators and IPs

● Provide feedback to junior team members and be a coach and mentor for them

● Provide training sessions on the latest technologies and topics to other employees in the organization

● Participate in organization development activities time to time - Interviews, CSR/Employee engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team
