Elementary Speech Language Pathologist 2022-2023 School Year

AnthroMed Education is looking to expand our community of Speech-Language Pathologists. We have an immediate, full-time, Speech-Language Pathologist opening for the 2022-23 school year. This position is in a highly supportive and community-focused elementary school that will provide excellent resources to SLP's and their students. This early childhood focused position will partner with anther SLP in the building to provide speech services to a caseload of 30-40 students. It doesn't get better than this!

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to facilitate AAC continuous learning opportunities to staff
  • 30-40 student IEP caseload
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans that are strength-based, as well as student-centered
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to implements modifications and strategies that will support student success
  • Attend and facilitate IEP meetings in order to track student needs and growth
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
  • Eligible Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
