NPW is seeking reliable, driven, individuals to fill the position of Auto Parts Customer Service Representative Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: MUST have thorough knowledge of Auto PartsMinimum of 1 year inside sales phone experienceDemonstrated success providing excellent customer serviceMust have excellent phone etiquetteSpanish/English speaking a PLUS!MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!Responsibilities:The Customer Service position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, order status, and responding to customer concerns or complaints.Engage with customer to assess and fully identify customer needsReview customer accounts and make changes as necessaryProvides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problemProcesses & enters orders in system using relevant computer softwareEscalate customer concerns or complaints as needed to appropriate departmentAdditional duties as assigned by Warehouse ManagerPhysical Requirements: Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
