Job Description

Awesome company looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives (part-time). You will be responsible for answering customer calls and entering customers’ orders with friendliness and accuracy. You will also log detailed records of customer interactions (complaints, returns, or concerns on their accounts). This company also has GREAT offers PTO for part-time employees. Casual and friendly work environment.

Requirements:

MUST have knowledge of dentistry or dental supplies
Prior experience in dental office (receptionist, hygienist, administrative, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
