Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers with placing and picking up orders, answering phones and entering online orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Provide information about products and services
- Order entry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist in other areas of the company as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent math and reasoning skills
