Operations Director - Southern Region

SUMMARY: Creative Dining Services is currently seeking an Operations Director to proactively bring forward innovative solutions and inspire teams to deliver positively memorable hospitality experiences! As the Operations Director, you will oversee hospitality operations of multi-site accounts in the southern US region. This position will be based within the geographical territory to support growth in the Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Will be responsible for $15 to $20 million of managed volume.

· Lead a team of six (6) to ten (10) General Managers and Food Service Directors.

· Generate innovative solutions with maximum sales and controllable profits in alignment with Creative Dining Services’ mission, vision, values, and quality standards.

· Report directly to the Associate Vice President of Operations.

· Will assist in all phases of planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A Bachelor’s degree

· Previous multi-unit dining services or hospitality services experience with colleges or universities

· Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing and managing budgets

· Experience in formal presentations and facilitating training

· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field

· An advanced degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field

· Executive level experience in a hospitality management company

· MS 365 / Teams and related platforms

· ServSafe Certification and formal allergen training
