Order Entry Processor

Under general supervision, Order Entry Processor will work in collaboration with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments by generating and fulfilling customer orders. Assist CFO with accounts receivables and invoice management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Confirm receipt of orders as they are submitted through various departments, via email, fax, or phone and enter into the database.

2. Respond, complete, and prioritize customer order requests for part number identification, availability of parts, pricing requests, tracking information, and copies of paperwork.

3. Maintain an organized system to provide proof of delivery and completed invoices.

4. Work in collaboration with purchasing and production departments by maintaining and prioritizing current stock inventory and  required materials.

5. Work in joint effort with sales, purchasing, production, and shop management to ensure efficiency of the customer order process while keeping in-line with scheduling needs and the delivery of products in a timely manner.

6. Responsible to maintain accounts receivables by verifying accuracy of customer orders. Finalize customer invoices. Maintain an effective process to verify the accuracy of invoice details, shipping costs, sales tax costs, and comply with customer’s required/preferred method of submitting invoices.

7. Maintain customer account statuses. Oversee customer collections.

8. Perform other duties and assist with specific projects as assigned.
