Functional Consultant for PracticeERP

We have a unique position as the primary NetSuite Functional Consultant for our new product PracticeERP (NetSuite for CPA Firms). We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills and a strong sense of quality with attention to detail. This is a permanent, full-time professional position and it is a terrific place to work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 Become an expert in everything functional for PracticeERP; CRM, Client Management, Employee Management, Workflow/TaskFlow Management, Timers/Time Entry, WIP Processing, WIP Write Up/Write Down, General Ledger Impacts, CPA Firm Client Invoice Processing, CPA Firm Analytics and much more.
 Work with the PracticeERP User Group on enhancement requests, defects and questions like “How do I do this?”
 Trouble shoot product defects and support issues, determine root causes and work with other product team members to fix, test, document, deliver and communicate patch fixes.
 Be a key contributor to product enhancements which will include assisting with prioritization, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, setup, configuration, general consulting, data mapping/conversion, custom report development, testing, documenting, training and support.
 Work closely with the PracticeERP Instructional Designer on end user and super user training content, documentation and videos.
 Be responsible for NetSuite analytics which will include building and enhancing key saved searches, reports, workbook analytics, dashboards, scorecards, custom graphs, KPIs, etc... that will be rolled into the PracticeERP product. Other functional activities will include form modifications, email alerts, etc...

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
 Requires 2+ years of NetSuite consulting experience.
 Strong operational, business process and/or accounting experience is required as relates to ERP solutions. CPA Firm operation experience is a plus.
 Excellent understanding of business practices as related for any of the following: Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Banking) and CRM/Salesforce (Leads, Opportunity, Proposal, Forecasting).
 Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and processes.
 Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
 Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.

 Creative and resourceful, self-starter that thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
