Job Description

We are seeking a CSR Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Provides constant communication between sales and production, handling all details of jobs from estimating to shipping of finished product to meet due dates. Comark is an innovative full-service print, direct mail, variable data production and technology company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders and inquiries and create necessary documents for production

• Coordinate with Sales, Prepress, Production, Finishing and Shipping departments all functions needed relating to each customers order.

• Provide information about the daily production workflow to ensure timely delivery

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and communicate these to salespersons and customers

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of printing products. materials, processes, and services

Qualifications:

• Experience in the printing industry is required

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other print related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients, sales personnel, and production personnel

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Possess exceptional organizational skills

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Printing and graphic production experience required
